FAQ
When can I expect my monthly box?
Here's how it works: We process payments on the 10th of each month, and your box gets packed with love and shipped out between the 23rd-25th. Easy peasy!
One thing to note: If you subscribe after the 15th of the month, your first payment won't process until the 10th of the following month. This just means you'll get a little extra time to get excited about your first box!
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
We hope you love your boxes! But if you need to cancel, simply email us at mavebox@renewbymaven.com with your cancellation request or you can do so anytime from your account dashboard with zero guilt or hassle.
Please note: cancellation requests must be received at least 14 days before your billing date (the 10th of the month) to avoid being charged for the following month.
Do you offer refunds?
We put a lot of care into every box we send, so we don’t typically offer refunds. That said, if your box arrives damaged, just email us right away at mavenbox@renewbymaven.com with a photo of the item(s). In these rare cases, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund—because your experience and happiness matter to us!
